Painting Nature

What does nature feel like to you?

In this workshop, we’ll use acrylic paint as a way to explore our emotional and sensory connections to nature. Drawing from principles and activities commonly used in art therapy, we’ll use color, shape, texture, movement, and intuitive movement to create an artwork based on how nature feels rather than how it looks.

You won’t be asked to paint realistically or create a “perfect” picture. Instead, you’ll be guided through a series of reflective art-making exercises designed to encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and curiosity.

This is a space to make something that feels meaningful to you. No art experience is necessary.

Please note: This is a creative wellness workshop, not art therapy or mental health treatment. The activities are inspired by art therapy principles but are facilitated as creative, reflective exercises.
